• Network Resilience: They maintain independent, localized mesh-network backups across the UK to ensure that even if the national internet grid is compromised, local Caretaker Councils can keep their regional resource portals running offline.

4. Non-Violent Strategic Resistance (Civilian Defense)

To deter foreign aggression or internal coups without maintaining a lethal arsenal, the NCDF trains the entire population in systematic, organized non-cooperation.
