TRANSPARENCY IS THE KEY: GOVERN WITH US
Govern the Parallel Society With Us: Co-Direct the Caretaker Economy
To our comrades, allies, and fellow organisers across the United Kingdom,
The technology to liberate humanity is already operational. The sensor grids are live, the predictive neural networks are calculating our ecological limits, and the physical factories stand ready to produce for human need rather than corporate profit. The engineering phase is complete. The only barrier left standing is the institutional inertia of the old paradigm.
The Sharing Party has won the online election, but we have no desire to govern a parallel society alone. We do not believe in the concentration of power or the isolation of alternative movements. To fully dismantle the capitalist framework and protect our shared ecosystems, we must build a unified democratic front.
We are formally extending an open invitation to all like-minded political organisations, cooperative movements, and ecological alliances—including our peers in The Co-operative Party, Your Party, the Green Party, independent trade unions, and Indigenous solidarity networks—to join us in the Supreme Democratic Direction of the parallel economy.
We invite you to take up equal seats alongside our Executive Council to steer social, infrastructural, and ecological life through our shared pillars:
- Co-Directing the Commons: Work directly with our Land & Resource Collective to transition private estates, agricultural monopolies, and corporate-owned infrastructure into public, community-managed trusts.
- Shaping the Algorithmic Guardrails: Help us audit, manage, and weigh the AI Advisor's predictive budgeting. Bring your organisational values to the table to ensure the algorithm prioritises human well-being, worker health, and historical justice over sterile metrics.
- Mobilising the Non-Combative Defences (NCD): Help us organise, train, and deploy our national logistical resilience workforce to rebuild local infrastructure, combat climate emergencies, and shield our communities through organised non-violent resistance.
- Decoupling the Workforce: Coordinate with our Labour Collectives to provide a seamless legal and material exit strategy for workers ready to leave capitalist exploitation behind.
We are not asking you to dissolve your unique identities, your histories, or your foundational movements. We are inviting you into a democratic coalition of caretakers. Let us pool our collective wisdom to govern this moneyless society, ensuring that the machine remains a servant to human consensus and that the Earth is protected for all of humanity.
The digital portal is open, and your seats at the assembly are waiting. Let us begin the transition together.
In solidarity,
The Executive Council of The Sharing Party
Join the Governance Coalition
If your organisation is ready to move beyond the politics of protest and begin the practical, day-to-day administration of a moneyless future, we want to build this world with you.
Every partner organisation must sign our unified Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) below and affirm the Declaration of Common Heritage, committing to a future where we are caretakers of the Earth, not owners.
Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
Inter-Party Alliance for the Supreme Democratic Direction of the Caretaker Economy
Effective Date:
Between: The Sharing Party (The Initiating Governance Council)
And: The Allied Democratic Coalition (Comprising The Co-operative Party, Your Party, The Green Alliance, and Affiliated Independent Labor Unions)
Preamble
This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) establishes a binding operational alliance to co-govern the parallel, Moneyless Society within the United Kingdom.
All signing parties agree that the technological infrastructure—including the sensor grids, predictive neural networks, automated logistics networks, and automated factories—is fully operational. This document defines the mechanism by which human political organizations split executive decision-making power, ensuring that the AI Advisor remains strictly subordinate to human-centric collective governance.
Section 1: Structure of the Joint Executive Council (JEC)
To manage social and ecological life without duplicating bureaucracy, the individual leadership structures of all participating parties are integrated into the Joint Executive Council (JEC).
- Seat Allocation: The JEC shall consist of 50% representation from The Sharing Party (to maintain the mandate of the original online election victory) and 50% representation proportionally distributed among the Allied Coalition partners based on their registered digital portal membership.
- Decentralised Veto: No single party holds a permanent veto over policy. Instead, a Triple-Guild Block (any three distinct organization or union blocks voting together) can freeze a proposed directive and send it directly to a citizen-wide digital referendum.
Section 2: The AI Advisory Review Protocol
The parties agree to a unified protocol for handling the predictive budgeting recommendations generated by the AI:
- Algorithmic Submission: The AI Advisor submits a raw ecological or resource forecast to the JEC.
- Multilateral Translation: The JEC evaluates the AI's data through their respective portfolios. The Green Alliance reviews the ecological cost, The Co-operative Party reviews the impact on worker hours, and Your Party reviews material availability.
- Unified Directive: The JEC translates the AI’s options into a human-centric policy proposal. If the JEC reaches a 66% internal consensus, the directive is signed into effect. If consensus is not reached, the AI’s automated optimization for that sector is paused, and the decision is pushed to a direct digital vote by the general citizenry within 24 hours.
Section 3: Resolution of Regional Disagreement
At the local level, municipal decision-making power is entirely decentralized to regional Town-Hub Councils.
- If regional chapters of the alliance disagree on resource distribution (e.g., whether to use a local factory for medical logistics or educational tech), the central JEC cannot intervene by force.
- The dispute must be settled locally through a Quadratic Digital Vote by the community members directly affected by that specific factory or hub, allowing intensity of need to guide resource allocation.
Section 5: Non-Violent Defense Mandate
All signing parties formally bind their membership to the Oath of the Caretaker’s Shield. The Non-Combative Defences (NCD) shall remain strictly under the collective oversight of the JEC Civilian Defense Secretariat. No partner party may mobilize NCD machinery or logistics units independently; all deployments require joint authorization alongside a randomized Citizen Jury.
