Join us, make the declaration of Common Heritage

To ensure that every participant is deeply aligned with the ethical and historical foundations of the new paradigm, The Sharing Party requires all citizens to formally sign the Declaration of Common Heritage before gaining access to the digital portal and the Caretaker Commons.

This declaration acts as the foundational social contract of the moneyless society. It is not a pledge of loyalty to a political party, but a collective recognition of historical truth and shared planetary stewardship.

What's involved?

Human beings living in the UK have been conditioned for generations by the logic of capitalism—a system rooted in scarcity, competition, accumulation, and the historic displacement of Indigenous peoples.

  • Shifting the Mindset: Without a formal, conscious break from this mindset, citizens might enter the moneyless network with the urge to hoard resources, exploit the voluntary labor of others, or treat shared property with carelessness.
  • Establishing the Ground Rules: The declaration acts as a psychological reset. It forces the participant to explicitly state: "I understand that I am entering a space where the rules of ownership have changed from extraction to stewardship."

What next?

Making your declaration is a crucial step in supporting a moneyless society. If you're ready to make this declaration, please follow these instructions.:

1. You have two options for making your declaration: you can fill out the online form at the bottom of this page (this is the quickest method) or download and print the document provided below. The printed form is recommended if you wish to make a statutory declaration, as it serves as an official document for providing accurate information and confirming statements for legal purposes.

2. If you choose to make a statutory declaration, you will need a witness, preferably a solicitor, to ensure that your statement, which asserts your rights to land or resources, is valid. Using a solicitor increases the likelihood that the document will be accepted by the authorities. For all other types of declarations, including those made by students, a person of good standing in the community can serve as an acceptable witness.

For declarations made by children, while these may not be legally binding like a contract, children can still participate in signing the document, which acts as a simple, personal declaration of their identity. Any adult of good standing can serve as a witness; a Minister of Religion or a Teacher is ideally suited for this purpose.

3. Make sure to get the document signed or fingerprinted; this will serve as proof that you have made the declaration.

Declaration

“I, [Name], hereby declare that the Earth’s natural resources are the common heritage of all people.

I recognize that the air, water, land, and minerals of this planet are the fundamental life-support systems for all species and do not belong to any single individual, corporation, or nation. I acknowledge that our current systems of private ownership and monetary rationing often lead to artificial scarcity, environmental destruction, and social inequality.

By making this declaration, I commit to a shift in perspective: from viewing nature as a commodity to be exploited for profit, to seeing it as a shared trust to be managed intelligently and sustainably for the benefit of every human being. I support a transition toward a global society where technology and science are used to distribute these resources equitably, ensuring that the basic needs of all people are met without the need for debt or servitude.

This is my commitment to a future of abundance, cooperation, and the protection of our planet for generations to come.”

Children's Declaration

My World Promise
I am a citizen of the world. I have my own thoughts and special ideas.
I share this planet. I will be kind to the Earth, the water, and all the animals.
I respect my friends. I know that everyone is different, and that is what makes us special.
I protect our stories. I will learn about my family’s traditions and listen to the stories of others.

Congratulations!

If you have made the declaration, congratulations! You are now part of a growing community that advocates for a shift from exploitative capitalism to a sustainable moneyless resource-based economy.
